Today we are celebrating our carers. We are keen to identify all of the carers at our practice, and offer you support if needed. The next time you call please let us know if you are a carer and we will register this on our system. This will allow us offer additional support when you ring and keep you updated to any changes enforced by the government to support carers.

We have also collected some resources below to help support carers. Please find our resources below. If there is anything else we can help with, please give us a call.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updates

Services at the surgery have been changed due to the Coronavirus outbreak. A doctor will triage all telephone calls coming to the surgery. For the time being, no face to face appointments will be available unless the doctor has spoken to you first.

We have a doctor led e-consultation service on our website, with a response within 24 hours. Please use this for all medication requests, sick notes and any other queries.

If you cannot use the e-consult service on www.talbotgreengrouppractice.co.uk, please ring the  surgery for advice. Be aware that we are dealing with a very high volume of calls.

Government advice: those with fever, new persistent cough or breathlessness  should isolate and stay at home for 7 days. DO NOT COME TO THE SURGERY. Call 111 if you feel worse. Household contacts should also isolate for 14 days.

Coronavirus latest advice is available on : https://111.nhs.uk/service/COVID-19/
