Help Me Quit is the brand that covers all NHS stop smoking services in Wales. Help Me Quit was established in 2017 to make it easier for smokers to access NHS stop smoking support. The Welsh Government has committed to reducing the number of smokers in Wales to 16% by 2020. Despite progress, there are still over 490,000 adult smokers in Wales.
Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council
Rhondda Cynon Taf is the third largest Local Authority in Wales. The county borough was formed in 1996 following the abolition of the county of Mid Glamorgan. Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council was formed by the merger of the former Mid Glamorgan districts of Rhondda, Cynon Valley and Taff Ely (with the exceptions of Creigiau and Pentyrch).
