**SERVICE UPDATE**

Half of our doctors are off sick with COVID at present. This unfortunately means that our available appointments will be reduced and at times due to extreme staff shortages, we may have to revert to emergency appointments only. This may mean some appointments will be reorganised for a later date. We are hoping our staff make a full recovery soon and we can go back to our normal level of service. Please bare with us during this difficult time and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

**DIWEDDARIAD GWASANAETH**

Mae hanner ein meddygon i ffwrdd yn sâl gyda COVID ar hyn o bryd. Mae hyn yn anffodus yn golygu y bydd nifer yr apwyntiadau sydd ar gael yn cael eu lleihau ac ar adegau oherwydd prinder staff eithafol, efallai y bydd yn rhaid i ni ddychwelyd i apwyntiadau brys yn unig. Gall hyn olygu y bydd rhai apwyntiadau yn cael eu had-drefnu ar gyfer dyddiad diweddarach. Rydym yn gobeithio y bydd ein staff yn gwella’n llwyr yn fuan ac y gallwn fynd yn ôl i’n lefel arferol o wasanaeth. Byddwch yn foel gyda ni yn ystod y cyfnod anodd hwn ac mae’n ddrwg gennym am unrhyw anghyfleustra y gall hyn ei achosi.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updates

Services at the surgery have been changed due to the Coronavirus outbreak. A doctor will triage all telephone calls coming to the surgery. For the time being, no face to face appointments will be available unless the doctor has spoken to you first.

We have a doctor led e-consultation service on our website, with a response within 24 hours. Please use this for all medication requests, sick notes and any other queries.

If you cannot use the e-consult service on www.talbotgreengrouppractice.co.uk, please ring the  surgery for advice. Be aware that we are dealing with a very high volume of calls.

Government advice: those with fever, new persistent cough or breathlessness  should isolate and stay at home for 7 days. DO NOT COME TO THE SURGERY. Call 111 if you feel worse. Household contacts should also isolate for 14 days.
