The Welsh Government announced on Friday last week its plans on how you can get a vaccination certificate for international travel. Your GP or your vaccination centre team cannot supply these certificates, so please do not contact them to ask for one. Welsh Government says it is working with the UK Government to allow people in Wales to access the NHS app to get a certificate. This is not currently possible, therefore, from May 24, a temporary emergency number will be set up for people who have had two doses of the vaccine and need to urgently travel to a country which requires evidence of COVID-19 vaccination. You can read Welsh Government’s plans in full here: Getting a vaccine certificate for international travel | GOV.WALES

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updates

Services at the surgery have been changed due to the Coronavirus outbreak. A doctor will triage all telephone calls coming to the surgery. For the time being, no face to face appointments will be available unless the doctor has spoken to you first.

We have a doctor led e-consultation service on our website, with a response within 24 hours. Please use this for all medication requests, sick notes and any other queries.

If you cannot use the e-consult service on www.talbotgreengrouppractice.co.uk, please ring the  surgery for advice. Be aware that we are dealing with a very high volume of calls.

Government advice: those with fever, new persistent cough or breathlessness  should isolate and stay at home for 7 days. DO NOT COME TO THE SURGERY. Call 111 if you feel worse. Household contacts should also isolate for 14 days.
