‘📞 Changes to our phone system – from 27 April

Following patient feedback, we will be introducing new telephone options from Monday 27 April.
These changes are designed to help reduce the 8:30am phone rush and make it easier for patients to reach the right service at the right time.
When you call, please listen carefully to the options before selecting.
Thank you for your patience as we make these improvements.’
The changes will look like the following –
When you call from now on there will be 4 options to chose from. Please find the call menu options being introduced below:
Option 1 - Appointments:
Next options for Option 1:
For urgent medical problems that need help today, press 1
For routine appointments, including nursing appointments, press 2 – Lines open 10am – (for calls before 10am)
To Cancel an appointment, press 3
Option 2 – For Test Results, please allow the 1 week for your results to be reviewed before calling
Option 3 – For Prescribing Queries
Option 4 – For Reception & General Enquiries
Once our system has been updated, please feel free to message us, or let reception know if you notice any issues with the system, or have any ideas on how to improve it further
